Ak Wild River Adventures is a Veteran Owned and guide-operated business offering access to some of Alaska's best rivers and outdoor opportunities. With over two decades of experience guiding and fishing these waters, their guides are the most experienced in the area. As year-round local residents, they maintain a close connection with the local fisheries. Their headquarters is strategically located near the confluence of Willow Creek and the Big Susitna River, providing access to over a dozen rivers and hundreds of river miles. They offer world-class fishing, utilizing top-quality river rafts to reach hard-to-access spots. Their expertise covers native Rainbow Trout, Arctic Grayling, Dolly Varden, and four out of five Pacific Salmon species. All fly fishing equipment is provided, though guests are welcome to bring their own gear. Additionally, they offer cabin and kayak rentals and highlight opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in the Willow area, situated at the base of Hatcher Pass in the Talkeetna mountain range.
