- What happens if there is a storm?
- The captain has the final say on whether weather conditions are safe for boating. If a charter is canceled due to unsafe weather, a full refund will be issued. If the boat departs and must return early due to unexpected weather, a partial refund may be provided based on the circumstances.
- Can I cancel the reservation?
- Reservations can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the scheduled charter date.
- Will I get a refund for a no show?
- No refunds are given for no-shows. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved charter time.
- Do you provide life jackets?
- Yes, life jackets are provided and are required by law to be available for every person on board. For children under 7, life jackets are mandatory while underway, and appropriate vests will be supplied. Guests of any age are welcome to wear a life jacket if they prefer.
- Is there music on the boat?
- Yes, the boats are equipped with a sound system that includes Bluetooth connectivity for music.
- Do you allow dogs on the boat?
- Dogs are permitted on the boat, provided they are well-behaved and do not sit on the upholstery.
