The Lady Raye, owned by Capt. BJ. Burkett of Panama City since 2017, has been commercially fishing since then from Apalachicola. She is a 43 ft. Torres built in south Florida as a charter boat then converted to commercial fishing. Now undergoing a major refit back to a fishing charter, with commercial fishing in the off-season. The Lady Raye has been operated full-time by Capt. Jimbo Stevens, one of the most well-known captains in this region, where he has fished for over 30 years.
