What are the age and licensing requirements for renting a boat?

Customers must be 21 or older to rent a boat. A valid driver's license is required on the day of the rental, and the name must match the card on file. Fuel and captains are additional charges, and captains are not responsible for the vessel.

Is insurance included with the boat rental?

Renters have several options for insurance. They can purchase or decline Damage and Liability coverage through NLTBR's partner, vQuip, during check-in.

What amenities are included with the boat rentals?

Yes, NLTBR offers complimentary coolers and ice upon request. Tubes are also available on select rentals to enhance the experience.

What is the cancellation policy for boat rentals?

Cancellation policies vary based on whether trip protection was purchased. Without trip protection, cancellations 14 days or more in advance receive a full refund, while cancellations within 14 days receive a credit or μπορούν be rescheduled. With trip protection, cancellations 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund, and cancellations within 48 hours receive a full credit. Day-of cancellations generally receive a credit. NLTBR may cancel due to weather, in which case a credit or refund may be issued.
