South Haven, Michigan is recognized as a major recreational port accommodating boating enthusiasts from the region and surrounding states. There are four (4) municipal marinas with 229 boating slips available for either seasonal or transient boaters. The marinas are known as Northside Marina, Southside Marina, Black River Park Marina, and Maritime Docks. The slips are from 30 feet to 60 feet with broadside dockage. 30 amp electric is available on all slips with 50-amp electric available in some slips. Showers, restrooms, and picnic areas are located on site. Laundry facilities are located at nearby North Marina. The municipal marinas are open from April 15 - October 15.

Customers who do not respond to outreach attempts may receive formal notices, and in rare cases, water service could be shut off for non-compliance.
Are there any road closures due to construction?
The City of South Haven is also performing water main construction, which may cause temporary road closures and detours. These closures are necessary to accommodate the construction work and will impact vehicle and pedestrian traffic in specific areas. Detour routes will be provided for affected areas.
